Become A Precinct Captain

Precinct Captains serve an essential role in introducing new voters and activists to Congressman Hoyer and the Democratic Party. Some of the things precinct captains can do:

• Get to know the Democrats within the precinct (your neighbors!)
• Help plan and communicate about campaign activities
• Educate your fellow citizens about the rules and rights of voting
• Generate excitement about Congressman Hoyer and the Democratic process
• Get Out The Vote on Election Day!
