My number one priority continues to be making sure Congress is helping with that effort – not hindering it. That’s why I will keep pressing my colleagues to work together in a bipartisan way to take meaningful action on jobs economic opportunities and preserving programs that serve the most vulnerable in our society.”  “I thank the Foundation and its members for all the hard work they do each day and look forward to continuing to work together on behalf of working families and businesses in our state ” concluded Congressman Hoyer.  The MBCF is a nonprofit public policy and education foundation which advocates for the underserved communities in Maryland.
