Hoyer Statement on Delegate Jazz Lewis
BOWIE, MD – This afternoon, Congressman Steny H. Hoyer (MD-05) released the following statement on Delegate Jazz Lewis:
“Jazz Lewis is a dear, dear friend of mine, who I have been honored to work alongside over the last decade. While I know that Jazz would have made an extraordinary Representative for the Fourth District, I deeply respect his decision to step out of the race. I continue to be a proud supporter of his because of his devotion to the issues our residents care about most. From the first day I met him, I could see how dedicated he was to serving Prince George’s County.
